Reimagine History

Where archives become art.

At Reimagine History, we transform 1,000,000 pages of the historic Daily Picayune / Times-Picayune (1888–1929) into museum-quality prints, products, and experiences rooted in truth—not nostalgia.

We start with primary sources: headlines, illustrations, forgotten names, century-old scandals, and the everyday stories that shaped modern New Orleans. From this evidence, we design:

Archival-inspired merchandise for museum shops & cultural boutiques

Immersive pop-ups and installations built from real historical events

Limited-edition prints sourced directly from our newspaper archive

Everything we make carries the archivist’s ethic:
honesty over gloss, context over convenience, memory over myth.

We don’t chase trends. We chase truth.
We don’t reference the past—we retrieve it.
Our work isn’t nostalgic; it’s restorative.

Every product on RemakingHistory.com is a portal—an authentic fragment of New Orleans history brought forward with integrity, design, and story.

This is the past, reimagined for now.
